SSM Text Messenger is an automatic payment reminder and collection system, which integrates with Self Storage Manager (SSM) management software and improves the cash flow through higher conversion rates compared to Email, Direct mail or Collection Calls.

Features

  • Supports Two-way text messaging.
  • Send text messages to tenants with balance due, either as Payment Reminder alert or Past Due alert, listing the outstanding balance along with two links, Click-To-Pay & Click-To-Call.
  • Ability to include an optional Opt-out-SMS link for tenants to opt out from receiving future message alerts.
  • Storage operator has the option to decide how many days before or after the Payment Due Date, each type of alert should be sent.
  • If the Click-To-Pay link in the text message is clicked, the tenant will be prompted to make online payment from their cell phone.
  • If the Click-To-Call link is clicked, tenant will be able to make payment over the phone. Click-To-Call phone number can be linked to either the store number or a call center number.
  • Send SMS for Reservation Move-in alert and Reservation Expired alert along with the reservation ID and reservation expiry date.
  • Every message sent is logged under the Notes section of the Tenant Ledger in Self Storage Manager. Option provided in Self Storage Manager for specific tenants to opt out from receiving SMS alerts.
  • Provides valuable analytics such as number of messages sent for a range of dates, messages clicked by tenants to make payments online or via phone and number of online payments and call center payments received as a result of text messages sent.

SSM Voice Messenger fully integrates with the Self Storage Manager management software and improves cash flow through higher conversion rates compared to email and direct mail.

  • Based on pre-defined settings, SSM Voice Messenger will trigger automatic voice message calls to tenants alerting them on their balance due. The storage operator has the option to decide how many days after the payment due date the voice message calls should be triggered.
  • The calls will be automatically triggered from a pre defined number, either a call center or store number. Tenants can call back the same number and make a payment over the phone.
  • Every voice message calls will be logged under the “Notes” section of the Self Storage Manager tenant ledger.
  • View statistics on automated collection calls across multiple stores through a cloud based dashboard.
